Prior to helping found Williams Development Group, Steve was President and Chief Executive Officer of WilcoHess, which operated over 400 convenience stores, travel plazas, and restaurant locations until its sale in 2014. Steve brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to WDG; while at WilcoHess he led all of WilcoHess’s real estate acquisitions, development, and dispositions along with his other duties. Steve currently lives in Winston-Salem with his wife, Julie.

Prior to helping found Williams Development Group with his father Steve, Taylor was a senior associate at Grant Thornton, LLP in Charlotte, NC, where he specialized in real estate. Taylor obtained his Masters of Accounting at UNC-CH and is a candidate for his Masters of Science in Real Estate from UNC-Charlotte. Taylor is a licensed Broker in the state of North Carolina and lives in Winston-Salem with his wife Liz and two daughters.

Dixon serves as Director of Real Estate, Residential Division, for Williams Development Group. Prior to joining WDG, he was with Bryan Properties, Inc. for eight years as a development and community manager. Dixon is from Winston-Salem and went to Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. While at Wofford he majored in Finance and Economics and played on the lacrosse team. He is a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina. Dixon lives in Winston-Salem with his wife, Anne, and their two children.

Dixon serves on the Board of Directors for the National Town Builders Association as Secretary.
